- Web Sites-

*Note: All web sites / pages will open in a new tab or window depending on your browser. If you use a pop up blocker you will need to turn it off or bypass it by holding down the "Ctrl" key when you click on a link. Some of these sites were designed a few years back and because of changes in viewing resolutions and monitors they may have a lot of dead space to the right hand side of the screen.

Internet Explorer Only

National Association of Rocketry
Educational CD v.2
- 2005 to present.

This is a 700mb web site designed to run from CD using an autorun executable on the cd that opens the index.html file in Internet Explorer.

This CD is a free tool for teachers to use in the classroom in teaching rocketry to their students. This was a year long project that started in 2005 and was done by me under the guidance of NASA Physicist Vince Huegele at MSFC, Huntsville, AL.

It is an Internet Explorer only site. Mozilla based browsers do not like the dom object properties in the javascript used for the drop down menus. 2000 to 3000 cd's have been distributed since it's introduction to the public in 2006. So far there has been only one complaint about it being an IE only site.

A newer version using either Flash for navigation or
re-doing the javascript to make it cross browser compatible & updates are scheduled for mid to late 2009.

SonRise Health Ministries
Birmingham, AL - 2006

This site was built using Flash, CSS, and Inline Framesets.

Hot Rod Rocketry
Manchester, TN. - 2008

High Power Rocket kits, motors, etc... Business was sold in Dec. 2008. Developement of the site ceased.

The rocket and buttons used in the logo & menu were actually done in 3d in 3dsMax then taken into Flash. The buttons come out of the bottom of the rocket like puffs and grow into the buttons being left behind as the rocket flies up the page.

Ukraine Tres Dias - 2003

This site was designed for the Tres Dias ministry in Ukraine and was eventually going to be in English and Russian. For whatever reasons things just didn't materialize and work out that way and the site was never used

Flash intro with javascript mouseovers for navigation.

Disciples Fellowship Multimedia Site - 2003

Multimedia storage site.

Premium Staffing
Atlanta, GA. 2001-2002

The intro for this site was done in 3d Studio for Dos and then converted to quicktime for use on the web. Premium was sold in 2003.

KSL Racing - 2002

My family's web hosting business once sponsored a local dirt track race car in Georgia and part of the deal was this web site.

Designing for the Web
University of Alabama Special Studies - 1997

This was my first web site. UAB's Special Studies no longer exists.

-TSNN (Tradeshow News Networks)-

*Note: I built sites for TSNN during 1999, 2000. TSNN was sold in 2000. While there I built over 30 sites in a 6 month period and one of the sites I designed won an award from Netscape. These sites were designed for various tradeshows and were only good for up to a year at best. Because of this the data bases they pulled from and the site themselves no longer exist except for the main pages I have here. But they will let you see some of my experience in corporate design work.

These sites were designed for resolutions of 640 x 480 and will contain a lot of dead space on bigger monitors running higher resolutions.
